We loved the convenient location of this hotel in the center of the city. It was a short walk from the train station and close to the main mall, which made transportation and shopping very easy. The breakfast provided was great, and the staff were friendly and spoke English.
Nothing not to love, everything was enjoyable.

The hotel has a nice onsen which is a great way to relax after a long day of traveling. the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of items. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming.
The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. , the windows did not open so there was no way to get fresh air in the room.

During our stay, we enjoyed the hotel's central location in the heart of the city, right next to the main mall and within walking distance to the train station. Our room was spacious, and we appreciated the complimentary toiletries. The service was excellent, and breakfast was delicious.
The TV channels were limited, and there were no free Japanese national channels available.

I enjoyed the stunning views of the city from the window.
The smell of cigarette in the non-smoking room was off-putting. the wifi was a bit spotty, which caused some minor inconvenience during my trip.
